
I kept getting sick last year to the point that I was just angry at myself. Endless teas, pills, and antibiotics and it would still take forever to recover. I just wanted to be well. Something had to change.
I don’t think taking vitamin pills do much. I decided to do a more natural approach. Raw more like it. Raw garlic to be exact. The benefits of eating raw garlic: boost immune system, help lower high blood pressure, bone health, hair and nail health just to name a few.
I love garlic fries but eating raw garlic was a different story. Eating one garlic clove day was my goal but I fear I might smell of garlic so I’m eating a clove every 4 days. The first few times were hard but it has become easier.
Have I noticed a difference? I think so. Back in February, seems as if I was coming down with something. By the next day, I was feeling well. Just two days ago I was feeling so down. Throat was feeling horrid and left work early. I ate a clove in the morning on both days. I’m feeling much better now. It’s amazing.
Besides the boost in my immune system, I have noticed my nails are stronger and hair is feeling healthy. My skin also feels great. Will I continue eating garlic? Absolutely.
