Los Angeles Comic Con came and went and it was so much fun. After Anime Pasadena, I was wondering if I should get tickets. I’m glad I did. We only went on Saturday and we made the most of it.

I was thinking of wearing my Rogue costume again but I really wanted to challenge myself and do something new. I dressed up as Sabé from Star Wars. I felt so badass when I would walk around. My cape flowing nicely everywhere I went.

We got there around 11:30am. Picking up our badges was a breeze. This was the first time I got a weapon checked before entering the con. It felt pretty cool when the security guard admired my work.

After getting our badge, we browsed a bit and headed to the South Hall to check out everything there. There was so much to see. We were there for 3 hours just walking around.

I was so distracted by everything going that I completely forgot about the Star Wars meet up that took place right in the entrance of the South Hall. I was so bummed out when I realized it. I got a drink to ease down the pain. Kidding, I was thirsty. I did run into amazing Star Wars cosplays after.

There were so many more amazing cosplays we saw. A little bit of everything.

Once we were done checking out the South Hall, we were hungry and decided to drop off all the items we bought to the car. We went back to the convention to get food from one of the food trucks that was inside. We ate and then we headed out to the West Hall. By the time we were done checking out everything, the convention was closing at 7pm.

I went to LA Comic Con not expecting much and I ended up leaving so happy. I was a little sad I wasn’t going the next day. I could have bought a ticket but nah. I think one day was enough. I mainly wanted to go back because of the positive energy there. You’re surrounded by people that love the same things as you and more. It’s a great environment to be in. If I go next year, I’ll make sure I don’t miss out on that Star Wars meet up.
